For 2021 summer Season, our hotel has developed many new procedures and introduced various innovations with the aim of making you spend a peaceful holiday.
The activities and the opening of the ambients (swimming pool, wellness center and baby club) will be carried out according to the governmental indications.
CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
Regular sanification of various points of the hotel with professional antibacterial and antiviral products
Adjust manual and automatic ventilation according to the various environments
Hand disinfectants in different parts of the hotel available for guests
Room-by-room cleaning
Sanification of the room before check-in with stabilized hydrogen peroxide which ensures a sanification of 99.9 % of the surfaces and air, not generating residues, corrosion and humidity.
Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as disposable glooves when cleaning environments
KITCHEN
In the kitchen, scrupulous hygiene according to the strict rules laid down by HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points=
Cooks use gloves and mouth/nose masks when processing food
WELLNESS
In the swimming pool use of filters and chlorine, limited access on a rotation basis by reservation
In the relaxation area the provision of disinfectant detergents
In the SPA center during the wellness treatments (face, body, massages) the collaborators use mouth/nose masks
Use of antibacterial and antiviral detergents
RESTAURANT
At the restaurant we DO NOT work double shifts, if there are few people, we keep 1 meter between table and table, otherwise we have equipped ourselves with booths ensuring safety and allowing us not to have to do double shifts during meals
ACTIVITES AND ANIMATION
We moved most of the outdoor activities by organizing small groups
regular sanification (at least once a day) of play areas
we form small groups keeping the distance
OTHER
Fast Wi-Fi available to guests for homeworking even on vacation!
Distance from the hospital 30 km and from the first aid center 4 km

We are strictly observing the various restriction measures suggested by the WHO (World Health Organization) and the circular of the Ministry of Health 0005443-22 / 2/2020 DGPRE-DGPRE-P-COVID-2019 provided by the Italian Government for the hotel tourism sector. .
